This page is not just information, it’s my story.
A little bit of where I came from, what God has done in my life, and how this whole project began.
Before everything changed, my life looked normal from the outside.
I had my routine, my plans, and things I thought made sense at the time.
But inside, there was always this quiet feeling that something was missing.
It wasn’t something I could easily explain.
Just questions, thoughts, and a sense that there had to be more than what I was living.
I didn’t have all the answers,
but I knew my heart wasn’t fully at peace.
MY CONVERSION
My conversion wasn’t just one perfect moment.
It was more like something that started happening inside me, little by little.
God met me in a real way.
Not in something forced or emotional only, but something deep and personal.
I started to see things differently.
To feel differently.
It wasn’t that everything suddenly made sense,
but I knew something had changed.
And I knew I couldn’t just go back to how things were before.
THE CALLING
After that, things didn’t become clear right away.
Actually, I went through a process of trying to understand what God was doing and where He was leading me.
There were moments I felt peace,
and moments I felt completely unsure.
I started to feel that there was something more.
Not just living a normal life, but something with purpose.
But at the same time, I questioned everything.
Was I ready?
Was I capable?
Was I understanding this the right way?
Even with all of that, the direction was still there.
And deep inside, I knew I needed to keep going..
Aesthetic appeal through minimalism.
PROCESS
This journey hasn’t been perfect.
There were moments of doubt, moments of waiting, and moments where I didn’t know what to do next.
Sometimes I felt strong in my faith.
Other times, I felt like I was still trying to understand everything from the beginning.
But even in that, God was working.
Teaching me to trust Him.
Teaching me patience.
Teaching me that I don’t need to have everything figured out to take the next step.
Looking back now, I can see that even the confusing parts had purpose.
WHY THEOLOGY / CFNI
At some point, it became clear that I needed to go deeper.
Not only in feelings, but in understanding.
In knowing more about God, about His word, and about what I believe.
That’s where the desire to study Theology came from.
I don’t see it just as studying.
I see it as preparation.
Preparation for what God is calling me to do, even if I don’t see the full picture yet.
CFNI became part of this path.
Not just a place, but a step of obedience.
DEEP WATERS
And that’s how Deep Waters started.
Honestly, it’s simple.
I am not a photographer, but I love photography.
It became something I enjoy, something natural for me.
And somehow, this became a way to connect everything.
Sometimes God gives us different strategies to reach the place He is calling us to.
And this was one of them.
I chose some of my favorite photos, the ones I had never shared before.
And I wrote reflections to go with them.
Each one carries a piece of this journey.
Deep Waters is not just a name.
It’s part of the process I’m living right now.
where
I AM NOW
Right now, I’m still in the middle of the journey.
Still learning.
Still growing.
Still trusting.
I don’t have everything figured out.
But I know I’m not the same person I was before.
And I know I’m moving forward.
Step by step.
